Affiliated Players
IMPORTANT Message from Hockey Saskatchewan:
As Affiliation Forms (APs) start to come in for the season it is imperative that each association remember a couple things:
1. Make sure the association name is included in the Team name…For example. Do not use U11 A Lions - Use LBMHA U11 A Lions.
2. Make sure the form is completed in its entirety. Signed by both coaches involved.
Hockey Saskatchewan gets hundreds of these Affiliation Forms…if they don’t know which association the form is from, the form will just be thrown out and not approved. Same thing if the form is not completed.
HRI AP Chart
Note the following for HRI games
U9 players are not allowed to be used in U11.
U11 A not allowed to be used in U13 C
U13 AA not allowed to be used in U15 B.
U15 AA not allowed to be used in U18 B
Our teams can have other AP’s, they just can’t be used for HRI games.
Example: you can have a U9 A player AP to U11 C for tournaments, Exhibition games, etc, they just can’t be used in HRI games.

Affiliated players used in a game are to be designated on the game sheet with the letters "AP".
