The Board holds monthly board meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Active members in good standing of Football Template are welcome to attend board meetings. Please contact the board Secretary to confirm the meeting time and location.
The PURPOSE of the Jr Pacers is to provide volunteer staffing and fund raising for the benefit of the Jr Pacers Football & Cheer Program.
Our GOAL is to help provide our school athletes:
Head Football Commissioner: Ultimately the leader of all things for the Jr Pacers Football and Cheer Program. The Commissioner is responsible to ensure all teams are following the league rules and USA Football standards
Board of Directors: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Overall responsible for management and direction of the Jr Pacers Club.
Voting: Each member of the Board of Directors and all Class Representatives have 1 vote to ratify activities, fundraisers, spend, and the annual budget. Decisions pass with a 2/3 majority on any vote. Voting will be conducted to authorize the annual budget, spend exceeding $1000 outside of the budget, board of director positions, fundraising event selection, and other topics brought before the board.
