FALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE:

$250 Football in grades 3 through 6. ($225 Early Bird for registrations before May 1st) 

$150 Cheer in grades 3rd to 6th

$75 Cheer in grades 1st to 2nd

*Family discount still applies for 3rd to 6th grade students - $50 off 2nd+ athletes in the same household

 

Important Dates:

June 24th, 25th, 26th Hayes Highschool Jr Pacers Cheer Camp

July 8: Last day of online registration for cheer and tackle football

July 13: 3rd-4th grade football and Cheerleaders Parent Meeting at Mingo Park Shelter 6-730PM. Pool Party at Mingo Pool to follow from 730-930PM.

July 14: 5th and 6th grade football Parent Meeting at Mingo Park Shelter 6-730PM. 

July 19 & 20: Jr Pacers Football Camp and Combine 530PM- 730PM at Smith Park

July 22nd, 23rd, 24th - Hayes Highschool Football Camp

July 28: 5th and 6th grade football teams pool Party at Mingo Pool 730PM-930PM

July 29: First Day of Practice at Smith Park 530PM-730PM

Practice will be Monday - Thursday, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm until School Starts on August 14th

August 25th, 2023 - Youth Football Night at the Hayes High School Game

August 27th, 2023 - 1st Game Day

 

!!! NEW POLICY ALERT !!!

You must provide proof of age on Equipment Pickup Day in the form of a Birth Certificate and a grade card or school document as proof of current grade level.  A Jr Pacers Executive Board Member will verify that the age and grade match your registration information.  We WILL NOT keep a copy of the Birth Certificate.  We just need to see it.  We may photograph both documents and photograph the player to create a player profile folder to be presented to game officials.

The 2024 Physical: All players must complete a physical before participating in the Jr Pacers Football team. Please have the above form completed by a medical professional before Practice on July 31st.
