About Provincials
Each season the High Park Ball Hockey League (HPBHL) offers players looking to participate in a more competitive program the opportunity to try out for a Provincial Team in their age division. Teams compete in the Ontario Ball Hockey Federation (OBHF) Provincials Tournaments. Important information to remember: 

• • Every player trying out for a Provincial team must be registered in the regular season or summer season of HPBHL
  • Provincials are a competitive program, and we cannot guarantee equal playing time for each player
  • If a player is selected to a Provincial team there may be additional associated costs (registration fee, uniform, etc.)
  • It is the player’s responsibility and expense to organize transportation.
  • Players, Coaches and Parents are reminded that they are representing HPBHL at these tournaments
  • Let’s have fun and show the OBHF why the HPBHL is the best in Ontario! 

The High Park Ball Hockey League is pleased to announce the intent of forming co-ed  competitive provincial teams to represent our organization at the following tournaments;

U14 – Birth years 2012/2013 (for 2026 Season)
Tournament Dates: “A Division” – July 10th to 12th  / “B Division” – July 17th to 19th  (*League and Coaches will determine the best fit for the team, if we have enough interest for both that could also be an option)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Practices/Tryouts: 

U12 – Birth years 2014/2015 (for 2026 Season)
Tournament Dates: “A Division” – July 3rd to 5th  / “B Division” – July 17th to 19th (*League and Coaches will determine the best fit for the team, if we have enough interest for both that could also be an option)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Practices/Tryouts: 

U10 – Birth years 2016/2017 (for 2026 Season)
Tournament Dates: “A Division” – July 3rd to 5th  / “B Division” – July 17th to 19th (*League and Coaches will determine the best fit for the team, if we have enough interest for both that could also be an option)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Practices/Tryouts: 

U8 – Birth years 2018/2019 (for 2026 Season)
Tournament Dates: “A Division” – July 3rd to 5th  / “B Division” – July 17th to 19th (*League and Coaches will determine the best fit for the team, if we have enough interest for both that could also be an option)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Practices/Tryouts: 

COACHING PROVINCIALS 

• • All coaches must have a valid Police Reference Check
  • Must be fully committed to organizing tryouts, and practices  leading up to attending the tournament weekend
  • Head coach must be over 18 years of age
  • Preference will be given to coaches who are currently coaching/volunteering the regular season of HPBHL
  • All coaches will be reviewed by HPBHL Directors, please note depending on the number of applications all coaches expressing interest may not be selected.
