Baseball Resource Group (BRG) was established by a distinguished team of leaders, including Mishael Israel, Reggie Smith, Tarrik Brock, and Gary Patchett, bringing over 150 years of combined professional baseball experience. BRG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the training, development, and mentorship of baseball student-athletes from diverse communities, helping them pursue professional baseball careers through collegiate paths. Operating primarily in California, with Lake Elsinore as its central hub, BRG is well-positioned to become a leading force in youth baseball, particularly in underserved communities.
