How many games will my team play?
How many players can I have on my team?
The registration form isn't working.
The registration form is asking all my players to pay the full team fee of $475. How do I fix that?

What is the cost to register?
The entry fee for 2026 is $550. Team Captains must pay in full when registering (credit card or e-transfer). Team Captains are responsible for collecting payment from their players. New this year - registration fees will include meal vouchers for one free meal for 14 players from La Reina, who will be serving food throughout the weekend.
How many games will my team play?
Each team is guaranteed three (3) games.
How do I register my team?
Registration will take place online. A link will be posted once registration opens.
Team Captains/Coaches must create their team, then players need to register using the Team Code provided by their captain. There is no individual registration for the tournament.
When does registration close?
To be determined.
How many players can I have on my team?
Teams are a maximum of 14 players and must have at least 3 women.
Can I name my own team?
Team Captains/Coaches must name their team when registering. CW Softball reserves the right to change disrespectful or inappropriate names.

Please make sure only one (1) person is registering the team as Captain and everyone else is using the Player registration form.
