How do I register?
Registration opens January 5, 2026 and closes March 31st, 2026. You must register online using the "Registration" tab at the top of the page. Late registrations will not be accepted. Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer, please include the name of the player in the notes section when sending the payment.

What is the concussion protocol?
Players over 18, parents/guardians of players under 18, coaches and officials must annually review one of Ontario's official Concussion Awareness Resources.

How old do I have to be to play?
| T-Ball | Born between January 1st, 2020 and December 31, 2021 |
| 3-Pitch | Born between January 1st, 2017 and December 31st, 2019 |
| Junior | Born between January 1st, 2014 and December 31st, 2016 |
| Intermediate | Born between January 1st, 2011 and December 31st, 2013 |
| Senior | Born between January 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2010 |
| Adult Co-Ed 3-Pitch | At least 18 years old as of January 1, 2026 |
| Men's 3-Pitch | At least 18 years old as of January 1, 2026 |
| Adult Fast Pitch | At least 18 years old as of January 1, 2026 |
| CW Softball reserves the right to move players between divisions based on registration numbers and skill levels. | |
What equipment is required?
All players require:
- long pants (no shorts except in adult co-ed division)
- closed-toe shoes or cleats (metal cleats are not allowed)
- catching glove
- softball helmet with chin strap and face cage (youth divisions)
- softball helmet - chin strap optional (adult divisions)
- back catcher gear if playing that position (provided)

What is the refund policy
There are no refunds issued after April 1st and all refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
Can Teams Schedule a Practice?
Yes, Coaches are able to schedule practices on the hardball diamond at the Fergus Sportsplex or the Tball diamond by the Elora Public School. In order to schedule a practice, the coach must contact the convenor of their division and book diamond time in advanced
