WE LOVE WHERE WE PLAY

We look forward to welcoming you to Mohkinstsis (Calgary), and would like to acknowledge that we play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Nations, which includes the Siksika, the Piikani and the Kainai. We also acknowledge the Tsuut’ina and Stoney Nakoda First Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.

We express our gratitude to those before us for protecting the land, and for sharing the beautiful green spaces in Calgary with us, allowing our children to grow, play and thrive here.

For the 2025 Tournament, our main rink will be the Crowchild Twin Arena, and is where you will find our Tournament Volunteers throughout the weekend. When considering hotels, we recommend the NW area of Calgary.

MEDICAL TREATMENT & EMERGENCIES
In event of any medical treatment required, the Alberta Children's Hospital is located within NW Calgary, a short drive from our playing arenas. Our home arenas are also equipped with AED's in the arena lobbies.

FACILITY RULES:
Please show kindness and respect toward employees, volunteers and visitors. 
All exits, corridors and common areas must be kept clear of equipemnt, including hockey bags, and other objects that could interfere with accessibility and/or orderly evacuation.
All of our facilities have outdoor space for team warm-ups, and we ask that you respect the facility rules of not conducting warm-ups within the lobby/common areas. Shooting of pucks, balls or others object in the lobby/common areas is also prohibited. 

NEED YOUR SKATES SHARPENED?
For those requiring blade sharpening throughout the weekend, Calgary Blades skate shop is located within the CTA Red arena, and will be open at points throughout the weekend. For those teams playing out of Brentwood Sportsplex, there is an Adrenalin Source for Sports a two-minute drive from the facility for sharpening needs and more.
