MISSION

CBSC Select Program is focused on developing the complete youth soccer player and helping them achieve their goals, regardless of their soccer pathway. The mission is to develop soccer players in all aspects of the game, increase passion for the sport, and grow positive character skills.

VISION

The Select Program Mission is accomplished through enhanced competition levels, organized, professional training, and through positive modeling and mentoring from licensed coaches and staff. The Select Program is available for U11-U19 Age Groups. The players on these teams are pushed to learn advanced techniques and tactics as well as ambitious goal setting to improve all aspects of their game and individual, personal development. Leagues include the Iowa Soccer League and Nebraska Youth Soccer League. These teams also travel to provide different challenges and opportunities for players. Tournament play is also introduced at the younger ages and showcase events for the older age groups.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Select Program is a full-year commitment. Below is a yearly rhythm that families can expect from year to year:

• June: Team Formation/Try-outs
• August-October: Fall Season; Training Twice Weekly; 2 Tournaments; Bi-Weekly Team Speed & Agility Training 
• November-March: Winter Futsal/Indoor League; Twice Weekly Indoor Training; Weekly Team Speed & Agility Training Sessions
• April-May: Spring Season; Training Twice Weekly; 2 Tournaments; Bi-Weekly Team Speed & Agility Sessions

Outdoor training is held at our 23rd Ave Soccer Complex in Council Bluffs. Indoor Training is held at our home facility, the new Iowa West Sports Plex.

Fees Include: 

• Bi-weekly training August-October
• Season Competition: ISL (State Cup Pathway), Nebraska Youth Soccer League
• Indoor Training at the Iowa West Sports Plex November - March
• Speed & Agility Training from certified Sports Performance Specialist, Level 10
• Character Development Program for Players
• 2 tournaments per season
• Parent Access to Parent Education Program

Fees Do Not Include: 

• Uniform
• Winter Futsal/Indoor League as assigned by the Head Coach/Director of Coaching and Player
• Coach tournament travel costs
• Player travel and lodging costs

2022-2023 Seasonal U11-U14 Registration Fee: $1050

2022-2023 Seasonal U15+ Registration Fee: $750. Season concludes the end of February.
