Select Team Formation 2022-2023

Thank you for your interest in the Council Bluffs Soccer Club! The Team Formation Event registration for the Select program is open for players born in 2012-2004. By registering for the Team Formation event, you are not committing to a team, but are expressing interest in being part of a CBSC team for the upcoming season.

Event Details: 

U11-U13 June 6-8 5:30-7:45 pm (Boys 5:30-6:30, Girls 6:45-7:45)   

U14-U19 June 27-30 5:30-7:00 pm (Girls Monday & Wednesday, Boys Tuesday & Thursday) 

(Attending all sessions is strongly encouraged but not required.) 

All sessions held indoors at the Iowa West Sports Plex, 3260 Mid America Dr. in Council Bluffs. A $15.00 registration fee applies to team formation event. Pre-registered players will receive a participant t-shirt. Check in up to 30 minutes prior to event, and day of event registrations accepted, however shirt or shirt size will not be guaranteed. 

All offers for roster spaces will be sent to families when allowed. At that time, players will be asked for a $50 Team Placement Acceptance Fee to be paid during the team registration process.

What can parent/guardian/guardians do during the the team formation process?

1. Be patient. Allow time for clubs to make decisions for the seasonal year.
2. Be understanding. Formation philosophy is at the discretion of each club. 

CBSC is a member of the Iowa Soccer Association and will follow the guidance provided for Team Formation Events for 2022.
