Waiver

This waiver is reviewed and consented too during the registration process.

The player's parents and/or guardians agree that the player/s skates at her own risk and agree that the Saskatoon and District Female Hockey Association,Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association, the instructors, the City of Saskatoon, and all involved Saskatoon ice arenas are not liable nor will be held responsible for any accident to the player or other players, or loss of or damage to personal property, however caused, and agree to release the above Associations from all claims and damages.
