Tryouts - December 2025

Tryouts for the 2026 season will take place from November 30 - December 10, 2025. There will be a one time $40 tryout fee payable by etransfer when you complete the registration form. Please note the dates of tryouts and the age categories listed below.

The tryout fee is a one time payment of $40. Note that you only need to pay $40 once, even if an athlete tries out for more than one team.

After completing your registration using the link above, please etransfer your $40 tryout fee to: BVCpayment@gmail.com. Include the ATHLETE'S NAME and the TEAM/AGE that the athlete is trying out for.

Etransfer is our preferred payment option. If this is not available to you, we will accept cash or cheques on site when the athlete attends his or her first tryout.

Our expectation is that athletes will attend ALL of the sessions for their age group unless otherewise indicated. If you have a conflict, please let us know so that we can let the coaches know why you aren't there.

BVC Teams: Offer Procedure

Offers for spots on BVC teams will be sent starting on Sunday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m.

Any offers made between Sunday, December 7 at 6:00 pm and Monday, December 8 at 6:00 p.m. will remain open until Tuesday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m.

Any offers sent after Monday, December 8 at 6:00 p.m. will remain open for at least 24 hours.

Athletes that are not selected for BVC teams will be notified after all roster spots have been accepted. Notifications to athletes that are not selected for BVC teams will be sent beginning on December 10th.

13U Girls (birth date Sep 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2015)

Session #2: Sunday, Nov. 30, 11:00 am-1:00 pm - Brandon University - Henry Champ

NOTE: We anticipate large numbers for these tryouts. To ensure proper and fair evaluation, athletes will be assigned to 1 or 2 of the sessions listed above prior to November 30th so that the number of athletes at each session is manageable.

14U Girls (birth date Sep 1, 2011 to Dec 31, 2012)
