Constitution
The constitution contains the guidelines as to how the league is run. All players should read the constitution prior to the start of the season.
If any restrictions are put in place by the government, soccer centre facility or SaskVolleyball during the course of the season that impact the SCWVL, such restrictions will supersede the guidelines in the constitution.
