First, SINCERE THANKS on behalf of myself and the league for volunteering to help coach with LMLL! It was GREATLY APPRECIATED!
We need to get all of our equipment back for the winter! With the massive size of our league, managing this process is very complex!
Even if you are coaching again in the spring, we need to understand our inventory and clean through returned equipment and extra apparel.
WE NEED YOU TO COMPLETE THE EQUIPMENT RETURN SHEET HERE so we can efficiently track where all of our equipment is and ensure it comes back to the Ashbridge Shed this winter.
Fall and Spring teams: The first tab is for the Fall teams. Can you also enter the return information for your Spring 2025 team too if relevant?
The Guide to the Ashbridge Shed can be found HERE. Lock Code is RYAN.
A few important tips:
* TRASH/EXTRA BOXES: Ahem, every year I beg, don't leave extra trash/boxes. We have to clean it up and there will be almost 200 teams worth of stuff coming back. Take trash with you, pickup anything you see, take it all out of the shed, drop in your home trash if you can.
* APPAREL: We will have bins starting tomorrow, extra bins for pants, hats, socks, jerseys if any. Please keep it organized.
* EQUIPMENT BAGS: Baseball divisions are to the right room of the big garage door area, put your equipment bags on the division appropriate shelf. Clean out dem bags! Only things that should be in there are helmets, catch gear, and bats. Anything else including medical kits, please remove. The cleaner the bag, the so much easier it is for Srping 2026. Softball teams just place in the back of the main shed.
* Balls/Buckets: This is important, we right now have over 200 ball buckets out there. Assembling new ones is time consuming and expensive. Sort through your balls, pour the extra dirt out of the bottom of the bucket, throw out beaten up balls. No pencisl, tennis balls, please please help here.
* Med Kits: Place them in the gray bin just to the left side of the entry to the main shed.
* Donated Extra Gear: If you have any stuff you'd like to donate to the league or our donation partners, please put in the outdoor plastic bin right outside of the shed.

The first priority of our league is to keep our kids SAFE!!!
Also, it's really important to familiarize yourself with the LMLL Safety Manual, which can be found HERE.
Included are what to do in an emergency, where AED's are located, etc. Each team has also been issued a medical kit with bandaids, gauzes, cold packs, etc.Hopefully you won’t need any of this, but of course as parents we always have to be ready just in case!
