*Reference the AIYBL By-Laws for current pitch count regulations. Players with 20 pitches or less are not listed above, as days rest is not applicable for 20 or less pitches in a day. As a reminder, pitches thrown in any division (AAA or Major) count towards a player's pitch count for the day. Days rest are applicable across all divisions, regardless of which division they are thrown. Days rest are calendar days, i.e. throwing 50 pitches Monday, 2 days rest would be Tuesday, Wednesday, eligible to pitch Thursday.
- 20 or less pitches = 0 days rest required
- 21-35 pitches = 1 days rest required
- 36-60 pitches = 2 days rest required
- 61-max = 3 days rest required
**Pitch counts reset for playoff series (days rest not applicable leading into new series or between two series (i.e. semis and championship)), however days rest requirements do apply for pitching within a series.
