Welcome to Three Rivers Lacrosse Registrations


NOTE: All players and coaches must have a valid, unexpired USA Lacrosse membership that will last through the duration of the season. You will need this number to complete registration. Please obtain your membership ID from https://www.usalacrosse.com before continuing.

The registration system will walk you through the registration process with our club. For issues with registration please contact webmaster@3rlax.com.


PARENT AGREEMENTS, MEDICAL RELEASE AND CONCUSSION FORMS:

All required forms, signatures, agreements etc. will be completed during the registration process.  You are required to read and agree before your player will be allowed to participate in any team activity, including practices or games. 

REFUND POLICY: 

  • Before March 15th, full refund minus $25 administration costs.
  • No refunds on USA Lacrosse membership fees or uniforms after purchase.

REGISTRATION FEE COVERS: 

  • Field expenses, referee expenses, CWLL league fees, coach expenses, team equipment, and tournament/jamboree expenses.

REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER: 

Annual USA Lacrosse Membership fee, jerseys, personal equipment (stick, pads, helmet, goggles, cleats, athletic cup, mouthguard), personal travels expense (hotel, food, gas).

UNIFORMS:

Uniforms will be required to be purchased from our vendor.  Order information will be provided after registration.
