Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting

The Wild Zone X Executive is providing Notice of Motion to make changes into the Constitution which is to be voted upon at the 2025 Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting April 7, 2025.
Please refer to the draft changes/cleanup in the Constitution.
Elections of members to the following positions will be voted and elected at the AGM:
- Commissioner (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down.
- Assistant Commissioner (2 yrs) - Current incumbent not running.
- Registrar (2 yrs) - Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- Secretary/Communications (2 yrs) - Current incumbent not running.
- U7 Coordinator (2 yrs) – Current incumbent undecided about running.
- U13 Coordinator (2 yrs) – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- U15 B/C Coordinator (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down.
- U18 Coordinator (2 yrs) - Current incumbent undecided about running.
- Equipment Coordinator (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down.
- Bingo Coordinator (2 yrs) – Current incumbent will let their name stand.
Two ways to make a nomination for one of the above positions:
1. Submit in written the following:
- Full Name and contact information.
- What position would you like to be considered for.
- A brief summary about yourself.
- A brief summary as to why you interested in being part of the Wild Executive.
- Send all of the above information to the Wild Secretary no later than March 24, 2025.
2. Make a nomination in person at the AGM meeting. Any nominees will be asked to provide the same information as written nominations.
Positions will be elected at the AGM on April 7, 2025.
