Tournament Banquet

We are pleased to host all teams (players and coaches) at the Western Welcome Barbecue at Schanks Sports Grill on Tuesday, July 15th | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. 

Address: 9627 Macleod Trail S, Calgary, Alberta T2J 0P6 (Map). 

The evening will feature a signature Stampede-style Western BBQ Feast, mini-golf, arcade games, virtual driving range, and more! This is a complimentary, private event open to players and coaches only. The attendance of your entire team, coaches and managers is presumed, unless you indicate otherwise. 

Please email your team number of attendees (all players, coaches & manager) to the Tournament Chair by 10pm MDT on Wednesday July 9th, 2025.

Teams will walk the 850 metres (approximately 12 minutes) from the Host Hotel to Schanks for the BBQ. Coaches MUST accompany the teams on the walk to the banquet venue.
