Responsibilities of the Manager and Coaches at Hotel
Each team's Manager and Coaches are responsible for their own team. The host hotel and all facilities are to be treated with respect and kept tidy. Do not expect housekeeping staff at the host hotel to clean a room strewn with clothes, food and other items. If rooms are not reasonably tidy, housekeeping staff will not provide service. Please follow the “
quiet hours” in place at the host hotel (normally 10pm). If there are any difficulties regarding the facilities, please notify the front desk, and they will contact housekeeping. For further assistance regarding the hotel, please contact our Accommodation Liaison,
Natalie Wronowski at 403-620-3892.
When traveling to and from the fields for practices and games as well as meals, a manager or coach must accompany the entire team. Should a manager or coach need to leave, they must ensure the team is properly represented and supervised.
Alcohol, cannabis, vape materials and tobacco consumption by minors are strictly prohibited at the host hotel and for the duration of the Tournament at all locations associated with the Tournament.
The behavior of all teams must be above reproach. Please be advised that unruly behavior will not be tolerated. In the case of such behavior, Little League and the Tournament Director have the authority to release teams and individuals from the tournament.
Campsites Accomodation
Webber Athletic Park has 10 campsites with full hook-up (electricity, sewer, and water) for rent at $50/day during the Tournament. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To book a campsite, email the Tournament Chair, Jocelyn Laidlaw, as soon as possible at 2025slbcanadianregional@gmail.com. Dogs are not allowed anywhere on Athletic Park grounds.
Please note, Webber Athletic Park is a gated facility in rural Rocky View County with 24 hour security. The gate will be closed at the end of the day until the following morning. Access will be limited very late at night or before 7am. Webber Athletic Park staff will be on site 24 hrs a day to provide assistance, should campers need it.
