Our priority is to prioritize the well-being and safety of our athletes, coaches, support staff and spectators. We firmly believe that every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their role within our organization. Our Safe Sport program is designed to uphold these values and ensure the protection of all individuals involved in our sports community. This program focuses on promoting and enforcing policies and programs that address various forms of misconduct, including bullying, hazing, harassment (including sexual harassment), emotional misconduct, physical misconduct, and sexual misconduct (including child sexual abuse and/or grooming behaviors). By implementing these measures, we aim to create a culture of safety, respect, and accountability within our sports organization.
Through education, training, and ongoing communication, we strive to raise awareness about the importance of creating a safe sport environment.
