• Financial review and 2026 budget projection
• Appoint HW Partners to conduct a review engagement for 2026
• Elect Directors
• Confirm our general operating by-law
• Approve the continuance of the corporation

Nominations from the floor for directors will be accepted, however any voting in advance must be done via the form (submitted in-person) in the below documentation. 

• Notice of Annual General and special members meeting, including advance voting ballot + members nominated for directorship 
• General Operating By-law to approve
• Finance profit/loss sheet

The Wolverines are a 100% Volunteer-run organization. Without your support we wouldn't be able to provide programming for over 300 kids in the West Carleton, North Kanata, and Ottawa Valley areas.
