A little bit about us...
Windsor Essex Christian Soccer League is a vibrant community coed soccer league catering to children, teens, and adults ranging from ages 4 to 18+. Our primary aim is to provide a secure and family-friendly environment where participants can play soccer and have fun.
At WECSL, we believe in fostering a positive atmosphere through encouragement and clear instructions. We strive to ensure that every player, regardless of age or skill level, has an enjoyable experience on and off the field.
From our youngest players taking their first steps on the soccer field to our experienced teens and adults, we offer age-appropriate divisions to cater to everyone's needs and abilities. Our dedicated coaches and volunteers work tirelessly to provide guidance and support, helping players develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Susan Brouwer, a remarkable lady, deserves our heartfelt appreciation for her unwavering commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of WESCL for over two decades. Her blood, sweat, and countless hours of time poured into this soccer league have not gone unnoticed. Let us give her a resounding round of applause and express our deepest gratitude.
From the meticulous preparation preceding every Tuesday game, to the day spent setting up the field, Susan has consistently demonstrated her dedication to the league. She has also been a constant source of support and mentorship for the people involved in the soccer league, always ready to lend a helping hand. With a happy heart, she has tirelessly fulfilled her role as the convener, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.
At the end of each season, Susan has made it a point to express her gratitude to all the volunteers who have contributed along the way. Today, it is our turn to thank her.

Additional Information
- The much-awaited kick-off is just around the corner, as the season begins on April 30, 2024.
- Day of Champions will be held on July 30, 2024.
- In case of any game cancellations, we will keep you informed through our official Facebook page. So make sure to follow us to stay updated on any changes. Rain or shine, soccer will be played.
- As the season approaches, your coach will reach out to you via phone call/email. You can expect to be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the season.
- To ensure our players look and feel like a team, uniforms and socks are included in your fee. However, please note that your child is required to have shin pads and black shorts.
