WABL is not currently a participant in the Rally Cap program, although we have participated in the past. The drills referenced were developed by Baseball Canada to encourage development of players and coaches in the sport of baseball. Feel free to incorporate them in your activities.

There is a participant progress report card that can be used to gauge player development as they improve their baseball skills.
