League Rules & Regulations(2025 SPRING/SUMMER:APRIL 5 2025-AUGUST 31 2025)

  1. League enrollment fee is $1,600(turf field rental+trophies&medals+Gifts+Award Dinner). Deadline is April 13th. Games are on every Monday and Sunday night between 7PM and 11PM in Richmond.

  2. Referee fee of $50 should be paid in cash to the referees directly before the game. 

  3. The game is 45 mins per half time with 5~10 mins break in between of total 100 mins.

  4. Each team will play three rotation of league games (15 games) against other teams followed up by own Richmond and regional cup games(3 games per cup).

  5. There are no sliding tackles and the rest of the rules follow most updated FIFA official rules. Unintentional tackles will get yellow cards; Intentional tackles will receive straight red cards with extra penalties. Red cards directly given for sliding tackles can be discussed among the two teams and the referee. The referee can stop the game for 5 mins for the discussion. Final decision will be given by the referee. 

  6. Referee will decide how many games of suspension depend on how serious the offence is. Direct red card will cuase a penalty of $50. Fights and aggressions would cause $100 penalties. Video clips of solid proof of offences after league committee's reevaluation (votes by the teams) could cause over write on referee's decisions on penalties. First regular red card will suspend the player for 1 game; second red card of the same player will suspend the player for 2 games; third red card of the same player will suspend the player for the whole season.

  7. It's a 11v11 game on a full sized field. Teams can register maximum 30 players for the whole season, and substituations are unlimited during the game.

  8. No show team needs to cover the referee cost($100) plus penalty($100) and consider as a 0-3 loss. The ref will wait maximum 10 mins for the late teams. 7 players is the minimum number for a team to start the game. 

  9. All players need to be properly registered with full names and a clear face photo(prefer a selfie). Any report of unproperly registered players may cause the team of a loss. Uniform number is optional if players are running for individual prizes. The league has 5 big prizes at the end of the leauge season. Top Scorer, Top Assist, MVP, Best Goalie, and Unsung Hero.

  10. All teams are strongly recommended to purchase gears, equipments, supplies and services from league official sponsors. So that the league sponsors could return more favours for teams and participants.
