GAME FORMAT / PRICE
League enrollment fee includes referee fees. Games are on every Saturday between 5PM and 8PM in Richmond.

Note: PMFC, HAPPYMAN, FC AIO who have youth/senior players can have 10 players on the field.

25-minute halves​

1. There are no sliding tackles, no offsides, and the rest of the rules follow most updated FIFA official rules. Throw-ins will be replaced by quick lower than knee short passes.
   
   
2. Penalty kicks will be played from the dot without running but stand still. Yellow cards will result 5 mins cooling time to be replaced by subs. Two yellows will result a red card in the same game.
   
   
3. No show team is consider as a 0-3 loss. 
   
   4. Each team pays $200 performance deposit, which will be returned back after the league. 

• Red Cards: General red cards from aggressive and dangerous play (sliding tackles) will cause $50 fine with one game suspension. Serious offences (assults and fights) will result $100 fine and permanant suspension.
• ​​​​​​​Initial Fine: A team that fails to show for a scheduled game is typically assessed a $100 fine for the first offense. 
• Subsequent Offenses: For a second or subsequent no-show, the fine often doubles to $200.​​​​​​​
• No Refunds: Teams that fail to appear for tournament matches are generally ineligible for a refund of their entry fees
