Our coaches are certified coaches with USA Lacrosse Organization. Coaches have passed a background check and maintain their certifications in abuse prevention, cardiac care, concussion, cultural competency, proper contact and rules testing. At our organization, we are proud to have a team of caring and dedicated coaching staff. Our coaches go above and beyond to support and guide our athletes, both on and off the field. They are not only focused on developing their skills and abilities, but also on nurturing their personal growth and well-being. We believe that their commitment and compassion play a crucial role in the success of our athletes, and we are grateful for everything they do to help our team thrive.

Your Coaches Promise


● As a coach I promise to put the needs of my players ahead of my desires to win.

● As a coach I promise to be a positive role model to my players by showing fairness and good sportsmanship.

● As a coach I promise to treat each of my players as individuals, keeping in mind that the maturity and ability of each child is different even within the same age group.

● As a coach I promise to do my best to ensure a safe and healthy atmosphere for my players.

● As a coach I promise to be a positive role model for my players by refraining from using drugs, tobacco, and alcohol during practices and games.

● As a coach I promise to know the rules and teach them to my players.

● As a coach I promise to do my best to prepare for practices that teach skills and are fun for my players.

● As a coach I promise to remember that I am a coach of youth sports and that the game is for the kids…. Not the adults!!
