2025 Season Proposed Field Usage Dates, Upcoming Meeting and Payment Schedule

We held our first managers' meeting for the 2025 Season on November 17th, and I am now working on drafting a request for field usage dates. This marks the initial step in determining the availability and securing the necessary fields for our games.


Proposed Field Usage Dates

Spring Season (Feb - June)

  • February: 16th, 23rd
  • March: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Summer Season (April - August)

  • April: 6th, 13th, 27th (No games on April 20th - Easter)
  • May: 4th, 18th (No games on May 11th - Mother’s Day; No games on May 25th - Memorial Day)
  • June: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
  • July: 13th, 20th, 27th (No games  July 4th weekend; Potential All-Star game July 6th)
  • August: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
    • August 31st Labor Day : All-Star Game to conclude the summer season

Fall Season (Sept - Nov)

  • September: 14th, 21st, 28th
  • October: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
  • November: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

Key Notes

  • Fall Season: Plan for 10 games per season, allowing flexibility for rainouts or unforeseen cancellations.
  • The final schedule will depend on team counts, field availability, umpire scheduling, weather, cancelled usage from supplies and other factors.

Upcoming MANAGER Meeting Details

  • Date & Time: Sunday, December 15th, at 4:00 PM
  • Location: Camino Park Field #3
  • Backup Location: Ventura Mall food courts, if weather conditions prevent meeting at the field

Payment Schedule for 2025 Seasons

  • December 18th: A $500 team deposit is due at the meeting to secure your team's participation in the 2025 seasons.
  • January 8th: First payment of league fees covering February and March (Spring play).
  • January 22nd: Second payment of league fees for the remainder of Spring play.
  • February 12th: Half of the total fees for Summer 2025 season is due.
  • February 26th: Remaining balance for Summer 2025 season must be paid in full.

Timely payments are essential to ensure your team’s spot in the league. Please plan accordingly!
