Unleashing Untapped Talents, Mafia Flag Football, where we come together as a family, bound by our love for flag football and our commitment to the Lord. Our goal is for our youth to realize their true talents by seeking the Lord and honing in on the gifts that He has provided.

At UUT, every child is valued and supported as an integral part of our family. We strive to instill the M.A.F.I.A. way (Master Abilities Faith In Athletics) in our young athletes through values of Discipline, Teamwork, Sportsmanship, and Dedication, preparing them not only for success in flag football but also for life's challenges ahead.

Our Story

Prior to the creation of Unleashing Untapped Talents, there was a journey of both boys and girls competitive travel flag football. James has coached both his son’s and daughter's flag teams in local leagues as well as travel tournaments. Through time he grew to learn all the aspects of coordinating, learning, and organizing a team to best  compete in tournaments around the country.Then, another coaching opportunity arose, allowing him to share his passion with his friends' daughters. Several championships later, MAFIA was born!

Why UUT?

Our current local leagues may be competitive within our own community but lack a high level of competition on a National level, particularly for girls. Our goal is to bridge that gap through the MAFIA team way and showcase the talents of our community’s youth.

Our goal is to achieve that without burdening our parents with more costs, but through the sponsorships of people and businesses in our local community.
