• Co-ed, all ages welcome

• Minimum 4 women on defense at all times

• Underhand roll pitching

• No metal cleats

• Multiple games guaranteed with double elimination

Game Length: 12-minute running clock or first to 21
Court Type: Half-court

• 12U
• 16U

Co-Ed Requirements

• Teams must have 2 girls and 2 boys on the court at all times

• All substitutions must maintain this ratio
