ABOUT STONEWALL SPORTS

Stonewall Sports, Inc. was founded in 2010 as an LGBTQIA+ community-based, 501(c)(3) sports organization that strives to raise funds for local non-profit organizations through organized sports. We value each player for who they are and what they bring to their chapter's community.

Our Vision: We believe every person should have the ability to feel comfortable being themself in organized sports. We will value each player for who they are and what they bring to their chapter's community. We also believe organized communities have the ability and responsibility to support others in need.

Our Mission: To provide an inclusive, low-cost, high-fun sports organization that's managed as a non-profit with a philanthropic heart.

Our History: The name "Stonewall Sports" is a tribute to the brave individuals who fought for LGBTQ+ civil rights during the Stonewall Riots over 50 years ago. The riots had a profound impact on the LGBTQ+ community, igniting a new wave of activism and advocacy that still resonates today. Wearing the name proudly not only honors their legacy but also reinforces the safe and enjoyable atmosphere in which we play and give back to our community today.
