Steinbach Minor Hockey Raffle
Exciting News! Steinbach Minor Hockey, together with our generous sponsors is excited to offer you an opportunity to fundraise 100% of your child’s hockey registration through an association-wide raffle fundraiser.
How it Works!
- Register your child as usual through the Hockey Canada Registration System, registration opens August 1st, and pay for their fees in full or select the installment option at the time of registration.
- Once registered, pick up your raffle tickets on one of the days listed below and start selling! You'll receive enough tickets to cover your registration costs. Tickets are $20.00 each. All money you raise will go directly towards your child’s registration costs.
- Return your tickets and cash by the specified dates below and receive a refund cheque (By December 14th) based on the amount you raised!

Pick Up Your Tickets to Sell!
Don't miss out on the excitement! You can pick up your raffle tickets on the following dates: (Please note the locations)
- Thursday, August 15 from 5 - 7 pm at the Golden West Office 32 Brandt Street
- Thursday, August 22 from 5 - 7 pm at the TG Smith Arena

Return Tickets and Cash
- September 22nd, 2 – 4 pm at the TG Smith arena to be eligible for the early bird prize. (The winning ticket will be placed back in for the final draw)
- November 1st, 5 – 7 pm at the TG Smith Arena (Please return all sold and unsold tickets and any cash or cheques)

Raffle Rules:
Starts August 1st, 2024, ends October 30th, 2024
Early bird draw will be held on September 26th, 2024; tickets must be in by September 22nd.
(Early bird winning ticket will be placed back in for a chance at the final draws)
Final Draw will be held on November 8th at 11:00 am.
Both draws will be held at Golden West, 32 Brandt Street Steinbach, MB R5G 2J7
Draw will be done from a container that holds all the entries
Grand Prizes will be drawn in order, then cash prizes, followed by gift card prizes in order of descending value.
Winning ticket from the Early bird draw will be placed back in for a chance at the final prizes all other tickets can win only once.
Tickets drawn during the final draw will not be eligible for future draws.
Not mandatory to be present at the draw to win.
Must be a resident of Manitoba or physically located in Manitoba to purchase a ticket.
If there are unclaimed prizes, they will go back to Steinbach Minor Hockey.
