Siskiyou County Prep Basketball League
Follow us on
The Siskiyou County Prep Basketball League (SCPBL) was founded to give high school athletes in Siskiyou County a chance to keep playing the game they love when other options aren’t available. Too often, students are left out — whether they’re homeschooled, attend smaller schools without teams, or didn’t make a CIF roster. That’s where we come in.
This league is open to grades 9–12 and is specifically designed for players who are not currently on a CIF basketball roster for the season. If you don’t have a team, we want you here. SCPBL is your opportunity to compete, grow your skills, and stay connected to basketball in a positive environment.
Our mission is simple:
-Provide opportunity for athletes who would otherwise sit out a season.
-Develop skills and confidence with structured practices and games.
-Build community and teamwork that go far beyond the court.
By partnering with local gyms, schools, and community spaces, we’re able to open doors for players across the county. At SCPBL, basketball is more than just a sport — it’s a pathway for growth, mental health, and lifelong friendships.
