Team Parity Evaluations:

- Scrimmages are for fun and flow of the game as the players are learning the rules and how to play as a team.
- U9-U19 evaluations - first 2 sessions will include player evaluations and equalization games as we aim for parity of teams.
- There WILL BE PLAYER MOVEMENT
- Friend request will be considered (1 reciprocol) but this is dependent on registration numbers, coaches, goalies, etc.
- The Executive and Division Coordinators will build evaluation groups and they will play parity games for the first 1-2 sessions.
- Coaches will be involved with running scrimmages for player evaluations.
- Coaches, Division Coordinators, Evaluators and the Executive will make every effort to balance teams. This is a very difficult task with many factors to consider.
- Goalies, 1st & 2nd year players, sibling/friend requests, coaches/bench helpers, players in multiple sports, etc.
Note: Player Movement - We will aim to keep siblings and 1 reciprocal friend request together, if possible. Ensure you/your player understand they may be moved after evaluations.
