Each registered player receives a NEW BALANCE game shirt and shorts with their registration fee.

Registration: $250 ends on Feb 14th 2026 11:59PM
Late Registration: $270 ends March 7th 2026 11:59PM


Registration Includes: 7 weeks of flag football & full New Balance Uniform

For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms will arrive for Week 3.

Sibling Discount is Available of $15. Please note, this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.

The South Hills Flag Football season runs from September through October with games taking place at:
Rolling Hills Fields

SEASON SCHEDULE
Game days and times may be subject to change due to Inclement weather or other reason(s)
Regular Season Game Times: Saturday Mornings
March - April - May
Post Season Game Times: Friday and Saturday Evenings

LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
     •   Pre K - Kindergarten Division 
     •   1st - 2nd Division 
     •   3rd – 4th Division 
     •   5th – 6th Division 
     •   7th – 8th Division 
     •   Elementrary School Girls Only Division 3rd - 5th Grade 
     •   Middle School Girls Only Division 6th - 8th Grade 
•   Co-ed, open to grades Pre - Kindergarten through 8th, based on current 2026-27 school year.
•   Six to Eight game season including playoffs and consolation games
•   6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
•   9-10 player rosters so everyone plays every game
•   Practices are decided by coaches, league provides field space during the week and gamedays.
•   No tryouts or drafts - rosters are formed by friend or coach requests; single players placed on teams with similar schools or neighborhoods
•   Friend and coach requests are not guaranteed.
•   All coaches are volunteer parents

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
RISE Flag Football does not provide coaches.
All coaches and volunteers must provide the league commissioner with the required Pennsylvania background screening, PA child abuse clearances, and signed Disclosure Statement Application for Unpaid/Volunteer Position.


**Attention head and assistant coaches! Please visit the 'Coaches Corner' at the top of the page to review our Coaches Protocol and upload your required clearances. As part of Pennsylvania’s volunteer requirements, all coaches must complete and submit their background checks (including PA State Police Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance if applicable). The Coaches Corner has step‑by‑step guidance to make the process simple and ensure you’re ready for the season.  In addition each qualified head coach will recieve a RISE Flag Football Shirt to wear on gamedays!

Why RISE?

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted to the League Commissioner in writing and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested 1 week prior to the 1st game of the season..
•   No refunds will be given after the 1st game of the season.
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event NO REFUNDS will be processed.
