365 Sports Group – Official League Rules & Policies

Effective Immediately

All participants, captains, and teams agree to the following rules upon registration and participation.

1. League Authority

365 Sports Group, Inc. (“League”) reserves the exclusive right to interpret, enforce, and amend all rules at its sole discretion.

All decisions made by league administration are final and not subject to appeal.

The League reserves the right to refuse participation, suspend, or remove any team or individual for conduct deemed detrimental to the league, its participants, staff, referees, facilities, or reputation.


2. Match Format

  • Matches are played 7v7 or 8v8 including the goalkeeper.
  • Coed divisions must have a minimum of two (2) female players on the field at all times, with no more than five (5) male players.
  • A minimum of five (5) players is required to begin a match (including required females in coed leagues).
  • Games consist of two (2) 25-minute halves (or 22 minutes in select leagues) with a running clock and five (5) minute halftime.

The League reserves the right to modify game length or format due to field availability, weather, or scheduling needs.


3. Player Equipment & Safety

  • Matching team jerseys are required.
  • Shin guards are mandatory at all times.
    • Failure to wear shin guards results in an automatic yellow card and a two (2) minute penalty.

  • Soccer cleats must not contain metal studs.


The League reserves the right to remove any player from participation for unsafe equipment.


4. Game Play Regulations

  • No offside rule in 7v7 or 8v8.
  • Slide tackling is strictly prohibited.
    • First offense: Direct free kick + 2-minute penalty.
    • Second offense: Ejection from match.

  • Kick-ins are indirect and must remain on the ground.
  • Goal kicks may not cross midfield in the air.
  • Goals may not be scored directly from kick-offs, goal kicks, or kick-ins.


Referees have full authority to determine dangerous play.


5. Goalkeeper Rules

  • No distribution over midfield in the air.
  • Five (5) seconds to release possession.
  • Handling area extends approximately ten (10) yards from goal line.


6. Substitutions

  • On-the-fly substitutions permitted.
  • Player exiting must be fully off field before substitute enters.
  • Substitutions must occur at designated midfield area.


Illegal substitution may result in indirect free kick and/or disciplinary action.


7. Team Roster & Player Eligibility

Roster Requirements

  • Minimum of twelve (12) registered players per team.
  • Maximum of eighteen (18) players eligible per match.
  • Only officially registered and approved players may participate.


Players must be listed on the official league roster prior to participation. No exceptions.

Age Eligibility & Minor Participation (16–17 Year Old Exception)

Certain 365 Sports Group leagues may allow limited participation of players aged 16 or 17 under the following strict conditions:

  • A maximum of five (5) players per team may be rostered who are 16 or 17 years of age.
  • Written parental or legal guardian consent is required.
  • Proof of age must be submitted and verified prior to participation.
  • Acceptable documentation includes:
    • Valid Passport
    • State-issued Identification Card
    • Official Birth Certificate

No minor may participate without prior written league approval and required documentation.

Age Violations & Ineligible Player Penalties

Any team found to have:

  • Rostered,
  • Allowed participation of, or
  • Knowingly misrepresented

a player under the league’s minimum age requirements or without proper approval will be subject to the following:

  1. Automatic forfeit of all matches in which the ineligible player participated.
  2. Official written warning issued to team captain.
  3. Possible suspension or removal from the season.
  4. Potential permanent disqualification from future 365 Sports Group competitions.

League administration retains sole authority in determining eligibility violations and penalties.


8. Disciplinary Actions

Yellow Card

  • Two (2) minute penalty; team plays short.

Red Card

  • Immediate removal from match.
  • Team plays short for remainder of game.
  • Automatic suspension for next scheduled league match.
  • League may impose additional suspension at its discretion.

Multiple red cards or violent conduct may result in season-long or permanent ban.


9. Match Outcomes

Regular Season:

  • Ties remain draws.

Playoffs:

  • Five (5) minute golden goal overtime.
  • If still tied, penalty shootout.

League reserves right to modify playoff format if necessary.


10. Registration & Payment Policy

  • Full registration payment must be completed by the third (3rd) scheduled game.
  • Any unpaid team or player becomes ineligible beginning Game 4.
  • Partial payments not completed by Game 3 are forfeited.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly approved in writing by league administration.

Failure to comply results in immediate suspension from participation.


11. Forfeiture & Withdrawal Policy

Voluntary Withdrawal

Teams leaving the field after match start will be disqualified without refund.

Forfeiture Penalties

First Offense

  • Recorded loss
  • Three (3) point deduction

Second Offense

  • Recorded loss
  • Additional three (3) point deduction
  • $100 fine due prior to next match
  • Possible removal from playoffs

Third Offense

  • Immediate removal from league
  • No refund issued


12. Referee Authority & Zero Tolerance

Referees have full authority over match control and enforcement.
All decisions are final.

Any verbal abuse, threats, or physical confrontation toward referees results in:

  • Immediate removal from league
  • No refund
  • Possible permanent ban


Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.


13. Player Conduct & Sportsmanship

Fighting, physical altercations, or abusive conduct toward:

  • Opponents
  • Referees
  • Spectators
  • League staff


will result in:

  • Immediate removal from season
  • Possible permanent ban from all 365 Sports Group events
  • No refund issued

League reserves right to escalate disciplinary action as necessary.


14. Weather & Safety Policy

The League reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel matches due to unsafe weather or field conditions.

Lightning:

  • Immediate suspension of play.
  • 30-minute minimum wait from last lightning strike.

Rescheduling subject to field availability.

No refunds for weather-related cancellations.


15. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in 365 Sports Group events involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury.

All participants acknowledge and accept these risks upon registration.


The League is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Lost or stolen property
  • Acts of other participants
  • Facility-related incidents


Participants waive claims against 365 Sports Group, its owners, staff, referees, partners, and affiliated venues to the fullest extent permitted by law.
