Maximum Roster: 15 players per team
Applications: Open until October 18th with acceptance sent out to teams on or before October 20th, 2026
Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable
Acceptance Deadline: Accepted teams must confirm within 48 hours of the invitation email being sent
Opening Ceremonies: Held Saturday, January 16, during tournament weekend

Participation Medals: Awarded to all players
Player Registration Draw: Draw for 2027–2028 player registration fees
Games: Each team will play 3 half-ice games
Game Model: All games will follow the Hockey Alberta “Intro to Hockey” model
Team Matching: Teams will be matched as closely as possible based on skill level and ability to help create fair, competitive, and enjoyable games
On-Ice Coach: 1 coach from each team must be on the ice during games
Schedule Release: Game schedule will be released between late December and early January
