Derek Hines Power Hitting School

CAMP OVERVIEW

Derek Hines Power hitting school is a 2 month(12 session) program for high school and middle school aged players and 6 session program for youth players. The program will focus on power movements, training for power, and drill work that will help increase bat speed and improve timing. Over the years I have seen a major decrease in power hitting at all levels of youth, high school and college baseball. This program is designed to get you hitting the ball harder and farther without losing your good approach at the plate and keeping strikouts down. During the duration of the program we will be videotaping, using the hit trax simulator, batting machines, weights, and other tools to track your progress.

  • Location - Premier West Baseball and Softball Club
  • Address - 1280 E. 58th Ave Denver CO 80216
  • Please Bring baseball bat and turf shoes
  • Light snack and water is advised
  • All players must be registered
  • All Instructors have pro or college experience
