New Africa Society International (NASI7) has taken a significant step towards its mission of establising an organization of Integrity, one that will leave a lasting Legacy, and that will protect and enhance the Cultural Values within the community. On December 6, 2022, NASI7 submitted an application to the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, seeking a nonprofit corporation charter.
NASI7 aims to organize a community-based organization that embraces the 7 Principles of African Heritage, also known as the Nguzo Saba, or the Seven Principles. By adopting a business model rooted in these principles, NASI7 seeks to uplift and empower the community, fostering a sense of unity and progress.
The proposed nonprofit corporation, New Africa Society International – NASI7, will serve as a platform for individuals to come together and contribute to the betterment of the community. Through various initiatives and programs, NASI7 aims to create a positive impact and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
R. Abdur-Rashied, President of NASI7.org, expressed his enthusiasm for this milestone. By establishing a nonprofit charter, NASI7 can solidify its commitment to serving the community and promoting African heritage.
As NASI7 moves forward with its nonprofit corporation charter application, it is poised to further its mission of integrity, legacy, and culture. The organization eagerly anticipates the positive impact it will have on the community and looks forward to the support and involvement of like-minded individuals.
