Lacrosse will be at the brand new Oakton indoor turf facility (2800 Oakton St, Park Ridge, IL 60068)!   We will have all sessions on Friday

Co-Ed Speed (Sticks only) for K-3rd grade

Speed is for the ones who are new to the sport to learn the basics of cradling, passing, and throwing.  Sessions will be 1/2 practice and 1/2 games

Dates: Fridays - Sept 5, Sept 12, Sept 19, Sept 26, Oct 3, and Oct 10
Time: 5:00-6:00
Equipment required: lacrosse stick (preferably a boys stick)
Cost: $100

Boys Padded (U10 - U14)

All levels are welcomed. Pads are required. Players will be divided by level for skills development. There is an option to join scrimmages at the East Ave league and a separate registration/payment is required.​​​​​

Practice dates: Fridays - Sept 5, Sept 12, Sept 19, Sept 26, Oct 3, and Oct 10
Times

• U10 (3rd/4th): 5:00 - 6:00
• U12 (5th/6th): 6:00 - 7:00
• U14 (7th/8th): 7:00 - 8:00

Equipment required: Full pads
Cost: $120
Games: If interested, scrimmages on Sundays at Elmhurst, IL.  Extra fee and sign up through East Ave.  Make sure you put down "Park Ridge" as your team  -> Register here

Girls (Advanced U10 - U14)

All levels are welcomed. League play will be done with the Illinois Lacrosse League on Saturdays and games will be played at the Skokie Playfields in Winnetka.  League is included in the price.

• Advanced U10/U12 (4th-6th): 6:00 - 7:00

Games:  League games are included, which will be played at Skokie Playfields in Winnetka.  Games will be on Saturdays (Sep 13 - Oct 4, 2025)
