vULNERABLE sECTOR cHECKS (VSC) & vsc Declaration Forms 

Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) - Anyone over the age of 18 who has direct contact with any of the teams in the Palmerston Junior Broomball league (on the bench, during practices, executive, etc.) requires a completed VSC.  They are required to be completed every 3 years, on the 'off' years you must still complete a VSC declaration letter in order to be involved with the teams. These completed forms are to be sent to the Palmerston Junior Broomball Executive. It's mandatory that you  keep a copy of you own VSC. VSCs are now being sent of via email, in which you are sent a link that is downloadable for two weeks after its been issued. Once you have downloaded your VSC, they can be emailed to palmerstonjuniorbroomball@gmail.com.

Follow the Instructions in order to apply for your VSC. Wait times vary for processing your VSC, so it is best to get this done as early into the season as you can!  Please include BOTH letters provided in the links below in your application.

Safe Sport Training 

Whether you are directly involved with athletes or play anotoher role in national sport, the CAC's Safe Sport Training will give you the tools to recoginze, prevent and address maltreatment in sport. ALL bench staff  and executive board members are required to complete the Safe Sport Training. 

If you have a Locker account, you can log in and proceed to the Elearning tab to complete the Safe Sport Training. If you are unsure if you have completed the training modules, log in and your completed modules will be listed under the Elearning tab. 

If you are new to being on the bench staff, you will first need to create a Locker account. Use the same link to first create an account, then complete the training.
