Mission: The Milltown Outlaws are organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and amateur sports purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Specifically, the Corporation is formed to promote and support adult amateur baseball and community-based sports activities; to foster sportsmanship, teamwork, physical fitness, and community engagement; to provide access to organized athletic opportunities; and to carry out charitable and educational activities related to amateur athletics.
