LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Nipissing District Softball Club respectfully acknowledges that the land on which we play and practice is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabek Nation, protected under the Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850.
This land is home to the people of Nipissing First Nation and Dokis First Nation. We honour their traditional and continuing care and stewardship of the land, which allows us to gather, play, and celebrate the spirit of softball together.
