2026 Kiwanis soccer registration has closed
We cannot wait to get the players out on the field so they can play some soccer! We are looking forward to a successful, safe and fun 2026 season! Now that registration is closed, we are working hard on finalizing all of the details for the season. Once all details, coach pairings, and teams are finalized, additional information will be sent out and posted to our website. Please be patient as we work through these important tasks. For now, please read some season details below.
- Practices are scheduled by the individual coaches. Once teams are created and rosters are distributed, coaches can schedule their own practices. New Scotland Kiwanis does not track or schedule team practices.
- Opening Day will be Saturday, 8/15. Games will be played on Opening Day. As long as the order is ready, all players and coaches will receive their team shirts.
- All games are played at Voorheesville Elementary School. Some games might be moved to the Satellite field due to field conditions, etc. but that is only if necessary.
- Pre-Wee games (Kindergarten) will be played on Mondays at 6PM and Saturdays at 9AM.
- Pee-Wee games (1st and 2nd Grade) will be played on Tuesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 10:30AM.
- Juniors games (3rd and 4th Grade) will be played on Wednesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 12PM.
- Seniors games (5th and 6th Grade) will be played on Thursdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 1:30PM.
- All game times and days are subject to change given any weather related events or school functions (Open Houses, etc.)
- Our season ends on Saturday, October 3rd

Interested in being a referee for the 2026 kiwanis soccer season?
New Scotland Kiwanis is seeking referees for our 2026 Kiwanis Soccer program!! Generally, we will utilize 8th through 12th graders with soccer experience, but 7th graders may apply if they have enough experience (played soccer and know the rules). Pay will be $20 per game (arrive 10-15 min. early and expect 1 hr. game and a few minutes to remove markers and report score). Our season runs from August 15th through October 3rd.
Referees are REQUIRED to attend at least ONE Referee clinic (Location TBD). The Referee Clinics will be held on the following dates and times:
Sunday, July 26th, from 11AM - 12PM
Saturday, August 1st from 11AM - 12PM
Attending a referee clinic is required. You may attend both if you want to. If you do not attend a referee clinic, you will not be considered to referee.
