Michael Forbidussi
Co-Founder & League Director
Michael’s lifelong connection to basketball began at a young age and has shaped much of who he is today. From playing and coaching to officiating, his dedication to the game runs deep. Currently he is the Head Coach of Wyoming Seminary's 7th/8th grade Boys Basketball team and recently achieved his goal of becoming an NCAA Basketball Official, Michael continues to share his passion and knowledge to guide the next generation of athletes.
As League Director, he focuses on building a competitive yet positive environment where players can develop confidence, leadership, and love for the game.
Caitlin Forbidussi
Co-Founder & Production Coordinator
Caitlin brings compassion, strength, and purpose to everything she does. A dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse, her healthcare journey began after caring for their firstborn son, Noah.
Inspired by his courage and spirit, Caitlin has made it her life’s work to care for others, offering hope and comfort to families during their most challenging times.
She recently started a new chapter in her career as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Scranton.
As she steps into the classroom, she looks forward to educating and inspiring the next generation of nurses, shaping not only their clinical skills but their confidence and compassion as healthcare professionals.
Her empathy and community-driven mindset are at the heart of Next L3V3L’s mission — creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every player and family who joins our league.
A Family That Leads by Example
Together, Caitlin and Michael also co-own and operate a successful e-commerce and digital solutions business, applying the same teamwork, vision, and integrity that define their approach to the league.
They are proud parents of their son, Lucas, a student at Wyoming Seminary Lower School. Lucas shares their enthusiasm for basketball and continues to learn, grow, and lead — on and off the court — with the same drive and positivity that define the Forbidussi family.
