CLASSES OFFERED
Tumble Classes- For all Levels- the hour-long class is set up in stations, each station has workouts and drills for your athlete's level
Flyer/Jump Conditioning- Don't be fooled- this class is for everyone, with some workouts that have modifications specifically for flyers. This is a great conditioning class that will also increase flexibility
Stunt Class- Work with fellow athletes and coaches in stunt groups to work on technique and skills
Backhandspring- for athletes who just about have their backhandspring, or athletes who have it but need to clean it up
Pom Classes- whether your athlete is a pom dancer or you are looking for extra time in the gym, strengthening choreography skills and motions, Pom is for everyone!
