What if My University doesn't have a team yet?

  • Step 1: You need a student leader to start a program recognized on your college campus (i.e. a student organiziation or via the sport club department).
  • Step 2Secure a non-student coach willing to oversee the program at practice and during events.
  • Step 3: Secure at least four active athletes. Each must carry at least a 2.0 Cumulative GPA after freshman year.

What is the NCGA?

As a Collegiate National Governing Body (NGB) the NCGA offers structured intercollegiate jiu-jitsu competition for college students who want to test their skills at the next level through local, state, and national competition. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned competitor, this is your place to grow and be recognized. Register today (like above).
