  • Promotes Self Respect & Discipline in the Safest Possible Enviroment
  • Fosters Teamwork & Friendships
  • Teaches Core Fundamentals & Rules of the Game
  • Rewards Sportsmanship & Fair Play
  • Promotes Pride & Leadership
  • Sets an Example of Community Spirit, Giving back to the Community & Good Citizenship

Our goal is to make this the most positive and influential experience for our athletes as possible.

Most of all, we want everyone to have fun!

NAJF was the first local program to began instructional level tackle football (1980) to eight and nine year-olds. These introdory sessions went on for ten years and lead to the league-wide "Mighty Mite" division.

NAJF left weight-based Pop Warner in 2018 and joined the grade-based Bay State AYF (American Youth Football) league as a member in 2018. NAJF merged with other towns in 2019 to form what would become and remains EMass league of AYF.

NAJF Hall of Fame began in 1982 to honor long time coaches and board members. Former NAJF players Chris Sullivan (Patriots, Steelers) and Anthony Sherman (Cardinals, Chiefs) both have NFL Super Bowl rings.
