Muslim Soccer League Official Rulebook
- League Overview 1.1 Muslim Soccer League, hereafter referred to as "the League," is a outdoor soccer league organized for the enjoyment and development of its participants.
- Rules and Regulations 2.1 All participating teams and players must abide by the official rules as defined by FIFA, unless otherwise specified in the League's rules.
- Player Eligibility 3.1 Participants must meet age and eligibility criteria as outlined in the League's rules and regulations.
- Registration and Fees 4.1 Teams and players must complete the registration process and pay the required fees as determined by the League's administration. If this is not done the players that have registered but not paid will not play until they do. Once payments are made the MSL team will not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Game Schedule 5.1 The League's administration will provide a schedule of matches, including dates, times, and locations. 5.2 Teams are responsible for arriving at the designated venue on time. Matches will begin at the exact time stated in the schedule, if the matches do start later it will reduce the time to facilitate the bookings. Matches will be 80 minutes long unless otherwise specified by the MSL team.5.3 If a match is abandoned for any reason, it will be rescheduled unless 75% of the game has already been played. If 75% of the game has been played then the score before the match is abandoned will be the final result of that game.
- Equipment 6.1 Teams are responsible for providing their own socks, shin guards, and appropriate footwear. 6.2 The League will provide game balls, and other necessary equipment for matches.
- Referees and Officials 7.1 The League will appoint the MSL core team as referees, this will be conducted either all at once, or in rotation. The MSL team will also rely on volunteers to help officiate matches. 7.2 Respect for referees and officials is mandatory. Dissent and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and can result in suspension or expulsion from the league with no reimbursements.
- Code of Conduct 8.1 All participants, including players, coaches, and spectators, are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for all. Swearing results in an immediate yellow card, a second yellow for repeat offenders resulting in a red card. A straight red card if the Ref deems it necessary. Pushing, punching and fighting will result in suspensions or permanent expulsion from the league. If a player is shown a red card it will be a 1-3 game suspension depending on the severity of the situation.
- Safety 9.1 The League is committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. 9.2 First aid kits will be available at matches and practices. 9.3 Participants are encouraged to report any safety concerns to League officials. 9.4 Chains, earrings or any other types of jewelery is not permitted to be worn during the match.
- Dispute Resolution 10.1 Disputes or concerns should be reported to the League's administration, who will work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Liability 11.1 Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with playing soccer and agree not to hold the League or its organizers liable for injuries or damages.
- Privacy 12.1 The League may collect and use personal information for registration and communication purposes only, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Amendments 13.1 The League reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed, with notice to all participants.
- Termination 14.1 The League reserves the right to terminate the participation of any team or player for violations of these terms and conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate by the League's administration. 14.2 Red card would mean the team is down a player and no one is allowed to sub in for the player.
Refund Policy 15.1 No Refund Policy. All registration fees for our soccer league are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason.
Callups 16.1 Each team is permitted 7 call ups for the season. 16.2 Callups are not allowed to play during playoffs. 16.3 Callups are not allowed to be players who are already playing for another team registered in the Muslim Soccer League Outdoor 2024 Season

Reasons for disqualification in the Muslim Soccer League:
- Violent Conduct: Any violent or aggressive behavior towards players, officials, or spectators.
- Serious Foul Play: Dangerous tackles or actions that endanger opponents.
- Persistent Misconduct: Repeated violations of the rules or unsporting behavior.
- Using Unauthorized Equipment: Playing with equipment not in compliance with league rules.
- Ineligible Players: Fielding players who do not meet eligibility criteria.
- Excessive Time-Wasting: Deliberately wasting time during the match.
- Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Any behavior that goes against the principles of sportsmanship.
- Referee Abuse: Disrespectful or abusive language or actions towards referees.
- Failure to Appear: Not showing up for scheduled matches without prior notice.
- Forfeiture: Failure to adhere to league regulations or failure to field the minimum required number of players.
