Once we have received this form & your monies, your spot will be confirmed by email. 
Tournament fees are non-refundable (unless your spot can be filled).

 Tournament Rules (as of Nov 2025)

Conduct Enforcement Policy 

All divisions are guarnteed 3 games

U11 / U13 / U15 /U18 will be 2-day tournaments with 1.75-hr games. 

U15/U18 Tournament is Body Contact

U9 – half-ice tournament format.

U7 – cross-ice tournament format (blue line in).
