RISE Flag Football is the exclusive youth flag football partner of Under Armour, Inc.  The league is for both boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience.  Registrations are open for players ages 5 - 18.

Registration is OPEN for the 2024 FALL Mississauga RISE Flag Football season. The SPRING season runs from SEPTEMBER 6TH through OCTOBER 25th.  Teams will play games at Courtneypark Athletic Field
