"Creating a Positive and Competitive Environment:
Metro Elite Volleyball Club Policies"

Metro Elite Volleyball Club Policies are a reflection of the rules set forth by the Newfoundland Volleyball Association (NLVA) and Volleyball Canada.

These policies are put in place to ensure fair play, safety, and sportsmanship among all participants. It is important for all athletes, coaches, and parents to familiarize themselves with these policies to maintain a positive and competitive environment during practices, games, and tournaments.

One key aspect of our policies is player eligibility. All athletes must adhere to age and skill level requirements set by the NLVA and Volleyball Canada in order to participate in Metro Elite Volleyball Club events.

Additionally, all athletes must have a signed waiver and consent form on file before being allowed to compete.

Coaches and parents are responsible for ensuring that their athletes meet these eligibility requirements and have the necessary paperwork completed. Another important policy is the code of conduct for athletes, coaches, and parents.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, both on and off the court. This includes showing respect for officials, opponents, teammates, and spectators.

Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension from the club. By following these policies, Metro Elite Volleyball Club aims to create a positive and inclusive environment for all involved in the sport.
